Please ensure you return your unused goods, as sold. This includes original packaging, tags and labels, within 14 days of order date. We will process your return and determine if you are eligible to receive a full refund as soon as possible and in any case within 30 days on which you gave us notice of cancellation. If we determine a full refund, we will refund the price of the Product in full please note we do not refund delivery charges. You will be responsible for the cost of returning the item to us, we request that all returned goods are sent via a trackable service to ensure no problems with delivery. If we believe you are not eligible for a full refund we will contact you using the contact details provided. (Perishable items, personalised items and earrings are not eligible for refund.)

We do not offer an exchange service via post. If you would like an alternative item/colour/size, please return the unwanted item(s) and place a new order for the item(s) you would like. We will refund you for the returned item(s) as per our returns policy.

How to return:

1. Keep a copy of the despatch note for your records and enclose the completed Returns Form with the goods.

2. If there is any additional information you would like to add regarding the order, use the box provided.

3  Please label your parcel with the return address (see left).

4. Take the parcel to your local Post Office and make sure you’re provided with proof of postage.

5. Retain the proof of postage until you receive

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.  

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. 

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)

Book with obvious signs of use

CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened.

Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. 

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. 

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will found out about your return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
